Review:
Is based of the play Romeo and Juliet,and in set in modern day florida,using shakespeare´s original words.
The actors are well cast,and seem very natural.Sometimes DiCaprio struggles with shakespeare´s words,but Claire Danes is perfect as the nailve.
The plot is a tragict love story.The two young lovers are Romeo Montago,played by Leonardo DiCaprio,and Juliet Capulet played by Claire Danes.But the Montagues and the Capulets are rival families.
Opinion:
The costume is really impressive and very well suited to the time.The set of recording is very visual,and is fast paced and action-packed.However,sometimes is confused.The por music soundtrack is very exciting,with different styles incluiding punk-rock.The actors are well xast and seem very natural.
The film is violent,early on the film the two rivalsgangs have a shoot-out at a personal station.
